Serralunga, located in Via Serralunga, was founded in 1825 as a tannery. It later processed leather for industrial purposes: drive belts and the like. In the 1950s, it extended its business to include plastic processing for manufacturing industrial items. Later the Company specialized in more advanced manufacture processes and in the 1980s it imported the rotating moulding system from the United States.
